FK Vroom is a mobile car detailing business based in Durban, South Africa. The Site provides information about our services and allows customers to initiate booking enquiries via WhatsApp.

4. Bookings and services

4.1 Booking process

All service bookings are initiated through WhatsApp via the booking links on our Site. A booking is only confirmed once it has been agreed upon through direct communication with FK Vroom via WhatsApp.

4.2 No online payments

FK Vroom does not process any payments through the Site. All payment arrangements are made separately and directly with FK Vroom.

4.3 Service availability

We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion. Availability is subject to our schedule and service area.

4.4 Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated via WhatsApp. We ask for reasonable notice to allow us to manage our schedule. FK Vroom reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee where insufficient notice is provided.

5. Pricing

All pricing displayed on the Site is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed during your WhatsApp booking conversation and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of FK Vroom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FK Vroom does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
